How to install cable bridge

In modern building electrical engineering, cable tray, as an important support and protection device for power lines, is widely used in industrial workshops, high-rise buildings, subways, tunnels, data centers and other places. Reasonable cable tray installation can not only improve the safety of wiring system, but also facilitate later maintenance and management. First, the preparation work before the installation of cable tray

Before installing the cable tray, sufficient technical and material preparations must be made. First of all, the direction, elevation and installation method of the bridge should be determined according to the design drawings and the actual situation on site. Secondly, it is necessary to check whether the quality of the bridge and its accessories meets the national standards to ensure that there is no deformation, corrosion and damage. At the same time, necessary tools and equipment, such as electric drill, level gauge, tape measure, angle steel and expansion bolt, should be prepared.

Second, the installation process of cable tray

1. Positioning and setting out
According to the design drawings, use level and chalk line to accurately set out, and determine the specific direction and installation position of the bridge. Pay special attention to avoid other pipeline or structural obstacles.

2. Bracket installation
Bridge bracket is the key component to support the bridge, and its installation spacing is generally controlled between 1.5 and 3 meters, which is determined according to the specifications and load of the bridge. The commonly used support forms are hanging type, side wall type and arm supporting type. When installing, ensure that the bracket is firm and reliable, and the levelness and verticality meet the requirements.

3. Installation of bridge body
Install the bridge in turn according to the pay-off position, and the connection parts should be fixed with special connecting pieces and screws to ensure tight connection and no looseness. Special-shaped parts such as bends and tees should be configured reasonably according to the site conditions to ensure smooth cable laying.

4. Grounding treatment
The cable tray should be well electrically connected and grounded to prevent potential safety hazards caused by electricity leakage or static electricity. Usually, galvanized flat steel or special grounding wire is used to reliably connect the bridge system with the building grounding network.

5. Cable laying and bridge cover plate installation
Cable laying can be carried out after the bridge installation is completed. Avoid crossing and excessive bending during laying, and ensure that each cable is arranged neatly. After laying, cover the bridge cover plate in time to prevent dust, fire and protect cables.

Third, the installation considerations

1. Fire prevention and isolation: When crossing the fire prevention zone, fire prevention and sealing materials shall be set at the wall of the bridge to prevent the fire from spreading.

2. Load control: The bridge frame shall not be overloaded, and the number and specifications of cables shall be arranged reasonably according to the bearing capacity of the bridge frame.

3. Regular inspection: After being put into use, the bridge frame should be inspected regularly to ensure that the structure is stable and the grounding point is in good condition, and abnormal situations should be found and handled in time.

4. Anti-corrosion treatment: For the bridge installed in humid or corrosive environment, anti-corrosion materials should be selected or additional anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out.
