At the same time, because the proportional valve can realize the continuous adjustment of air pressure, it avoids the impact and vibration produced by the traditional valve during switching, prolongs the service life of the equipment and reduces the maintenance cost.
In addition, in the debugging process, technicians adjust the parameters of the proportional air servo valve online through the upper computer software, including gain, response time, dead zone compensation, etc., which significantly improves the adaptability and flexibility of the system. This provides great convenience for subsequent equipment maintenance and process adjustment.
