How to integrate combined transformer

Time:2025-02-10ClickNumber of times:29
Combined transformer is a kind of power equipment which integrates various functional modules, and is widely used in urban power distribution, industrial and mining enterprises and building power distribution systems. Its integrated design not only improves the reliability and flexibility of the system, but also effectively saves space and operation and maintenance costs. This paper will discuss the integration technology of combined transformer from three aspects: structure composition, integration method and application advantages.

A, the structure of the combined transformer

Combined transformer is usually composed of high-voltage switchgear, transformer body, low-voltage power distribution device and control system. All parts are integrated through modular design, which can not only run independently, but also work together. This structure enables the combined transformer to be flexibly configured according to different application scenarios and has strong adaptability.

Second, the integration mode of combined transformer

1. Modular design
Modular design concept is adopted for combined transformer, and different functional units (such as incoming cabinet, metering cabinet, transformer cabinet, outgoing cabinet, etc.) are designed in a standardized way, which is convenient for factory prefabrication and field installation. This mode not only improves the production efficiency, but also facilitates the later maintenance and replacement.

2. Electrical integration
In the aspect of electrical connection, the integrated bus system and intelligent monitoring system are adopted to realize seamless connection between high and low voltage sides. At the same time, the running status of each module is monitored in real time through PLC or intelligent controller to improve the intelligent level of overall operation.

3. Structural integration
The shell is made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant materials, and has a good protection level (such as IP54), which can effectively resist the influence of external environment. Some combined transformers can also adopt pre-assembled structure, which can be quickly installed and put into operation after being transported to the site as a whole, thus shortening the construction period.

Third, the integration advantages of combined transformer

Step 1 save space
Because each functional module is integrated in a box, the floor space required by the traditional substation is significantly reduced, and it is especially suitable for urban centers or areas with limited space.

2. Short construction period
Most of the assembly work is completed in the factory, and only foundation construction and equipment hoisting are needed on site, which greatly shortens the project construction period.

3. Convenient operation and maintenance
Intelligent monitoring system can realize remote data acquisition and fault diagnosis, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and improve the stability and safety of power supply system.

4. Strong adaptability
The combined transformer can be individually configured according to users' needs, and is suitable for residential quarters, commercial squares, industrial parks, transportation infrastructure and other scenarios.

With the development of smart grid and urban modernization, combined transformer is gradually replacing traditional substation as an important part of distribution system with its advantages of high integration, safety, reliability and convenient installation. In the future, with the application of new materials and technologies, the integration technology of combined transformer will be more intelligent and green, which will provide strong support for the efficient operation of power system.
