As a key component in hydraulic control system, servo valve is widely used in industrial automation, aerospace, robotics and other fields. Its core function is to convert electrical signals into hydraulic signals, so as to accurately control the movement of the actuator. First, the working principle of rotary direct drive servo valve

Different from the traditional nozzle flapper servo valve, the rotary direct-drive servo valve directly drives the spool to rotate by torque motor, which saves the intermediate amplification link and realizes the simplification of structure and the improvement of response speed. By controlling the magnitude and direction of current, the position of the valve core can be accurately adjusted, thus achieving high-precision control of flow and pressure.

3. Optimize the structural design: optimize the shape of the valve core and the structure of the driving system by finite element analysis (FEA), reduce the influence of friction and inertia, and improve the dynamic response and positioning accuracy.

4. New materials and precision machining technology: the use of materials with high wear resistance and low expansion coefficient, combined with micro-scale or even nano-scale machining technology, can significantly improve the stability and repeatability of servo valves.
